How to use your Xplor account

For membership pricing, visit Learn to Swim or Membership.

If you already have an account with us, log into your Xplor account.

Create an account and add a family member

  1. Go to the Xplor membership login page.
  2. Select sign up and enter your details.
  3. In My Info, select Add family member.
  4. Fill in your family member's details including their names and date of birth.
  5. Check your emails for your login information and password to use next time. If you can't find the email, don't forget to check your spam folder.

Learn to Swim program

Book swimming lessons

  1. If booking for a child, make sure we have placed them in a swim level.
  2. Log in to your Xplor account.
  3. In the top main menu, select Learn to swim, then Book a learn to swim class.
  4. Choose the appropriate level and select Show.
  5. Scroll to find the class time and day for the level allocated to the student.
  6. On your chosen class, select Book Now.
  7. Verify the details, then select Book Now again.
  8. Select the family member enrolling, then select Next.

View your schedule of classes

  1. Log in to your Xplor account.
  2. In My Info, select the profile of the person taking lessons.
  3. Scroll down to Schedules, then select it to expand the calendar. To view the schedule for multiple family members, select the tick boxes next to each person's name on the calendar.

Cancel a class and book a make-up lesson

First, cancel the lesson you can no longer attend:

  1. log in to your Xplor account
  2. in My Info, scroll down to your Schedules
  3. select Schedules to expand the calendar, then find the class you need to cancel
  4. underneath the level's name, select Withdraw.

Next, book a make-up lesson:

  1. in the top main menu, select Learn to swim, then Book a Learn to Swim Class
  2. select Make-up Lesson (next to Course)
  3. select the class with the day and time you wish to enrol in - make sure it's the correct swim level
  4. select Book now on your chosen lesson
  5. select the family member taking the lesson
  6. agree with the privacy statement, then select Place my order. There will be no charge at checkout as you'll receive credit from the cancelled class.

Cancel all lessons and withdraw from Learn to Swim

  1. Log in to your Xplor account.
  2. In My info, select the person you wish to cancel swimming lessons for.
  3. Scroll down to Schedules.
  4. Select Switch to list view.
  5. Select Actions, then Withdraw.
  6. Choose a reason for cancellation then select Withdraw again.
  7. Repeat this process if you need to withdraw other family members.

Cancellations are effective immediately.

Any lessons already paid for will be issued as account credit. This can be used at the centre, excluding the café.

No refunds will be given.

Active membership

Suspend your Active membership

This is to suspend your Active membership only, not for Learn to Swim lessons or programs. For makeup swim lessons and cancellations, view the Learn to Swim program instructions.

  1. Log in to your Xplor account.
  2. In My Info, select the profile you wish to freeze.
  3. In Family member details, go to the corresponding box for your membership type.
  4. Select the 3 dots on the right-hand corner of the membership box, then select Freeze.

Active membership must be suspended for a minimum of three days.

You can only suspend it for one period at a time and it must be completed three days in advance of suspension period.

Both direct debit and fixed term membership have up to 28 days of free suspensions a year.

Book fitness and training classes

Group fitness class

  1. Log in to your Xplor account.
  2. In the top main menu, select Group Fitness Class, then Book a Group Fitness Class.
  3. You can narrow the results in Filters by selecting your chosen day of the week, class type (under Service), and more.
  4. Select Book Now next to your chosen class and continue to payment if there are spots still available. If you are an existing member, there will be a $0 charge.

Small group training

  1. Log in to the Xplor account.
  2. In the top main menu, select Group Fitness Class, then Book a Small Group Training.
  3. You can narrow the results in Filters by selecting your chosen day of the week, training type (under Service), and more.
  4. Select Book Now next to your chosen class and continue to payment if there are still spots available. If you are an existing member, there will be a $0 charge.
