Mondays and Thursdays 10 am - 11am Orrong Romanis Recreation Centre (2 Molesworth Street, Prahran) 

Class Duration: 60 minutes

What to bring: Please bring your towel, mat and water bottle.

What to expect: Join Sharn for this indoor fitness classes designed specifically for parents with bubs. It is suitable for all fitness levels, with exercises adapted to suit your ability and needs. These sessions focus on increasing overall cardio & strength, improve posture & flexibility, strengthen pelvic floor, core & lower back muscles, gain energy and meet other parents and bubs!

Bubs are more than welcome to attend. The venue is suitable for prams.
