Come and Try

Come and Try is a great opportunity for young people aged 5 to 18 years to experience a free introduction to the basics of their favourite sport through fun activities.

Enjoy a full season

Thanks to Team Sports 4 All and Play Fair Stonnington, you may be eligible to receive full funding to cover the cost of a full season at your club of choice (conditions apply).

Register directly with your club of choice.

Funding will also cover:

  • registration fees
  • uniforms and shoes
  • sporting equipment.

Who is eligible?

Open to children and young people aged 5 to 18 years, residing in the City of Stonnington, needing assistance to access local sports and recreation opportunities due to financial hardship. Applicants or guardians must hold a health care card, reside in government housing or be an asylum seeker.

If the sports listed below are not your preferred choice, this funding can still be accessed to participate at most of our Stonnington Sports Clubs. You can check eligible sports and submit an expression of interest at Team Sports 4 All.
