We offer one-on-one or group personal training sessions for up to four people.

Erika

I have been in the Fitness industry for 30 years and live, breathe and love the work I do.

Changing peoples’ lives is the most rewarding and inspiring job in the world.

Coming from a sporting background I was heavily involved with tennis and long distance running whilst at University.

I have a passion for general health and wellbeing, specializing in resistance, cardio, maintenance and posture.

My philosophy

  • Certificate 111 & 1V in Fitness

  • Registered with AUSactive

  • Bachelor of Nursing

  • Certificate in Principles of Pilates and Fitball

  • Certified Les Mills Body Pump Instructor

I've been in the industry for 13 years. I'm interested in continually helping make people’s lives easier physically, mentally and emotionally.

Philosophy

Kerrin

I've been in fitness and sports coaching for 30+ years.

I began gymnastics coaching while still at school before moving into personal training, gym programs, tennis coaching, and starting my own CrossFit Affiliate, where I coach both adults and kids.

My philosophy

Give life your best shot! My passion is inspiring others to see what they can achieve and helping them get there.

Whether you're a beginner or well into training, are old, young or have specific mobility needs, I'd love to help you set and reach your goals, so please feel free to chat with me.
