Be guided through a series of movements and foundation postures, which stretch and strengthen your limbs, deepens your breathing and relaxes your mind.

Yoga is becoming increasingly recognised as offering many health benefits including improving your respiratory and cardio-vascular systems, building balance, stability, strength and mobility.

The classes are suitable for all abilities and our experienced teacher will attend to your individual needs.
