Digital Skills for the Workplace Level 2: Introduction to Microsoft Outlook and Email targets adult learners in need of developing their digital literacy skills to increase their chances of employment. The program aims to develop the learners' active awareness of self as a digital user, and knowledge, use and application of digital literacy skills.

• email as a communication tool
• Microsoft Outlook
• email on smart devices
• email scams.
