Fast-Paced Friday Walking Group

This Friday morning walk is a great chance to have a brisk walk in the company of other friendly walkers.

Walking has so many benefits for your physical and mental health, but it is much more fun with friends!

The group is for Active walkers. Participants must be able to walk a minimum of 5km in an hour.

Looking for something more leisurely? Try our Wednesday morning Heart Foundation walk for a slower paced walk.
