Join Melbourne artist Helene Oberman who will be returning to Duldig Studio to facilitate stand-alone drawing workshops, designed for beginners and those who would like to revisit their skills. 

At this session she will be focusing on the genre of portraiture and figure drawing, exploring techniques using pencil, charcoal and pastel.

Tuition will be provided as well as opportunities for participants to work independently with their preferred medium.

At Duldig Studio surrounded by the many portraits and sculptures by Karl and Slawa Duldig will provide a wealth of inspiration for participants as well as drawing from live models.

Participants will enjoy a Viennese morning tea with tea, coffee, and plum cake, with tutelage in our beautiful gallery space.

Please bring to the session:

  • Hard back A4 or A3 sketch pad or sheets of paper suitable for pencil work
  • Charcoal
  • Pastel
  • kneadable eraser
  • 2B, 4B and 6B pencil
  • Charcoal sticks or pencils.

In addition, feel free to bring whatever materials you would like to explore further.
