Ageless Grace: Chair-based Exercise & Brain health for seniors

A unique, fun and stimulating program designed to keep your brain sharp and your body agile as you move through your senior years.

The program is based on 7 years of medical neuroplasticity research into how we can slow down the ageing process of our bodies and brains.

Uplifting music, movement and brain games may provide improvements in memory, cognitive thinking, flexibility, mobility, co-ordination, balance and mood.

This workshop is for all fitness levels. It is perfect for adult children and their grandparents to enjoy quality time together. They can learn new skills while having fun and creating lasting memories through exercise.

Would you like to try a single session? Book online or call the office one day before class (subject to availability). Single sessions can be booked up to 6 days in advance. Single sessions cost $12.

Jane Creasey is a passionate and enthusiastic teacher with 9 years of teaching experience.

Remember: bring a pad and pen to each class and wear comfortable clothing. Slip on shoes work well but not a necessity.
