Land Information Certificate applications

Applications received from 1 July 2024 to 27 July 2024 will not show the 2023-24 rates and charges as they will not be levied. Any applications received between these dates will show the 2023-24 rates and charges only.

When a person is selling a property, they’re required to add a Land Information Certificate to the Section 32 or Contract of Sale.

You can apply for a Land Information Certificate electronically or by mail.

Register and apply online

Before you apply, register for an eServices username and temporary password.

Once you have registered, you can submit your application.

If you're unable to apply online, send the completed the Land Information Certificate Application form(PDF, 27KB) and payment to:

Receive your certificate

We will mail the Land Information Certificate to you within 3 business days of your application and within 24 hours if you opt for the priority application. You'll receive the certificate in PDF format via email.
