Register a swimming pool or spa

If you have a pool or spa on your property, you must register it with the City of Stonnington. Each pool or spa only needs to be registered once. Any construction of a new swimming pool or spa will need to be registered.

If your pool or spa was built after 1 November 2020, you must register it within 30 days from when the Occupancy Permit or Certificate of Final Inspection is issued.

Regardless of when your pool or spa was built, if you have already registered, you will need to lodge a Certificate of Barrier Compliance (form 23) as soon as possible.
