Join us for an author talk with Rosemary Gattuso, a seasoned family court mediator and self-confessed chronic overthinker.

Rosemary will share insights from her book, It's Not You, It's Me! A Chronic Overthinker's Guide to Self-Reflection. Rosemary will dive into the themes of resilience, self-worth, and how to turn self-reflection into a tool for personal growth.

Whether you’re someone who struggles with overthinking or just curious about the journey to self-discovery, this talk will offer practical ways to reframe overthinking and be able to adapt.

About the artist

Rosemary Gattuso is a dedicated professional in the field of alternate dispute resolution, specialising in family mediation and restorative justice practices. In her role as a family dispute resolution practitioner, she has guided numerous families through separation with a focus on respect and the well-being of children. Rosemary actively contributes to various Restorative Justice panels for government agencies.
