Learn how to stay safe online. This session will cover:

How to keep your identity and information secure when using the internet
What is a scam?
What types of scams are out there?
How to recognise a scam?
How to know if an email or website is legitimate
What scammers do and how they operate etc.

This session will be presented online via Zoom video. To join the session you will need an internet-enabled computer or smart device. The Zoom Meeting link will be sent to the email address you registered with one hour before the start of the session.

How to use Zoom

On your computer

1. Click on the link in the event confirmation email you received after registering and you will be prompted to download and install Zoom.
2. Enter Meeting ID or link, and the Password in your event confirmation email.

On your tablet or smartphone
1. Download the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app from your Apple App Store or Google Play Store prior to the workshop.
2. Enter Meeting ID or link, and the Password in the event confirmation email sent to you after registering.
