Donate items to the collection

Donations of relevant material are invited from community organisations, businesses and individuals. To discuss the suitability of your item/s for our collection, email history@stonnington.vic.gov.au or telephone 03 8290 1360, then fill in the form below. Digital files may be attached to this form. Items may be posted to the Stonnington History Centre, PO Box 58, Malvern VIC 3144.

By filling in the form below you agree to the following:

  • If accepted, all items (including images and documents) will be added to our catalogue and available to view online. Where applicable, copyright shall remain with you as required by law.
  • The item/s are to be held in custody and administered in accordance with the established policies of the City of Stonnington and appointed officers. Any materials felt inappropriate to the Stonnington History Centre's collection shall be disposed of by the centre as it sees fit.
  • You are the legal owner of the item/s and as such are able to make this donation.
