Changes to event bookings coming soon

In April, we’ll be changing over to a new booking platform for our programs and events. The new platform will manage event bookings across our libraries. 

It will have the same functionality plus a bit more:

  • You can use your library card number and password to book events or book as a guest with an email address
  • You can book for yourself as well as tickets for friends and family
  • You can manage your tickets under ‘My bookings’
  • Events will appear in our Stonnington Library App and you can book directly through the app (Download from the AppStore or Google Play Store)
  • You can join a waitlist if your preferred event is full and a ticket will be automatically released to you if a spot opens up
  • You will receive event reminders when an event you have booked is coming up.
