Hope Connection Inc
The Hope Connection was established in 1996 and is a non-profitable organisation offering telephone help service, and other services including newsletters and information seminar services for the Japanese-speaking community.
We recognise a need for seniors to gather together therefore the services have expanded to activity classes. We offer 'Suzunokai' activities, Go, Tai Chi, Katagami, Mahjong, IT support, and other activities related to Japanese culture.
The majority of attendees are seniors but we welcome all age groups and also those from other municipalities who speak Japanese.
We meet once a week on Tuesday at Grattan Garden Community Centre in Prahran. No appointment needed. Just drop in and enjoy.
