In 2025 we’ll be supporting you to enjoy your Sunset Sounds experience in a sustainable fashion, from your picnic pack-ups to your waste disposal choices.
Food trucks
- There will be a selection of savoury and sweet food offerings.
- Our food trucks will be stocked with Green My Plate reusable plates and bowls. Simply order, eat and return to the pink bins. They’ll do the washing for you and ensure the plates are reused over and over at events across Victoria.
- Don't forget to bring a reusable coffee cup and water bottle to quench your thirst at the event without waste. Drinking water will be available at drinking stations.
Picnics

- Our bin fairies will be on-hand to help get your waste sorted. Your recyclables will become new products, and food scraps will be turned into compost, used on farms and even used in our own parks.
- Find out more about City of Stonnington’s Plastic Free Policy and how you can replace single-use plastic waste with reusable alternatives.

The City of Stonnington is committed to access and inclusion for all people. We endeavour to make our City of Stonnington produced events as accessible as possible.
We recognise that the experience of disability and accessibility is diverse and unique to individuals and that performers and audience members still face barriers to access.
We strive to remove as many of these as possible. We understand that we won’t always get it right, and we love to receive feedback about how we can improve and what we did well. For any questions or further information, please contact access@stonnington.vic.gov.au.

What happens if I lose my child?
If you lose your child at the event, please contact security personnel or one of the event staff (wearing high visibility "Event Staff" vests), who will be able to assist with reuniting you with your child.
