In 2025, the City of Stonnington is reconstructing the right of way that runs at the rear of Osborne Avenue, Edgar Street and Malvern Road properties between Malvern Road and Kent Street, Glen Iris – excluding the rear of Malvern Road between the central right of way and Osborne Avenue (refer map).
The works will be delivered in five (5) stages commencing from the Edgar Street entrance to the right of way.
Works will begin in March 2025 and are expected to take around 16 weeks to complete.
The works deliver on our commitment to maintain community assets to a high standard and provide residents with a safe and functional road and drainage network.
We recognise works of this nature will cause some inconvenience. Every effort will be made to keep disruption to a minimum and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
