Council has adopted a masterplan for the Harold Holt Swim Centre that will deliver restoration and improvement works to this popular facility over a number of years.

The implementation of the masterplan will occur over several stages and these works, together with an ongoing maintenance program, will ensure the facility continues to meet the requirements and expectations of visitors to the centre.
