The City of Stonnington is in an election period and operating under caretaker conventions until 6pm on 26 October.
Council election
In line with our commitment to maintaining community infrastructure assets to the highest standard and as part of the Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program, Thomas Street South in Windsor is being reconstructed.
Works are starting to in mid-September 2021 and are expected to be completed by the end of November 2021.
We recognise works of this nature may cause some inconvenience and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
During the works, detours will be in place.

New footpath
New kerb and channel
New concrete vehicle crossing (charcoal)
Asphalt resurfacing of road
Reinstatement works
Start date: late-September 2021
Completion date: mid-November 2021
