The City of Stonnington is in an election period and operating under caretaker conventions until 6pm on 26 October.
Council election
Commencing in May 2023, the City of Stonnington is redeveloping the cricket practice nets and surrounding facilities at Basil Oval in Malvern East.
Works include the removal of the existing practice nets and construction of a new four-lane cricket net enclosure.
The works will include the installation of new drainage, pavement, fencing and a synthetic grass playing surface.
