Work experience is a great way to develop skills in the workplace, and gives us the chance to bring fresh ideas into the organisation.

Tertiary placements
Tertiary placements provide the opportunity to apply academic learning in the workplace, and develop work readiness, key skills and knowledge. We accept tertiary placements that are a requirement as part of course completion and endorsed by the tertiary institute.
Secondary placements
Our work experience program offers secondary students the opportunity to develop subject-based skills, learn about the industry and workplace, explore possible career options, and enhance interpersonal and communication skills.

You will need to upload your resume or CV. You can also include an introductory letter from your school, university or program.
Applications must be submitted at least 6 weeks before your proposed placement start date.
We will contact you within 10 business days to let you know if a work experience placement is available.
If the work experience is Community Service or Duke of Edinburgh, students can apply directly with the Council department and do not need to complete the application form.
